PFS Group Limited is an established Fire & Life Safety Company based in Southend, Essex. We have experienced rapid growth over the past few years and are looking for an ambitious person to join our company. We are looking to take on a Service Coordinator to replace an outgoing team member.

Working in a team with a Manager and five other Coordinators you will be part of an environment which empathises both individual and team working skills. You will share the workload with your fellow coordinators while also accumulating defined areas of responsibility over time. The team is structured to promote constructive conversations to deal with issues and in addition there are weekly departmental meetings and also one to one discussions with your manager.

Your role will be to assist in the daily running of our service department which has close to 15 Service engineers. You will be responsible for booking in the engineers work, speaking to customers, responding to internal and external emails, reviewing & invoicing jobs, and completing a multitude of other administrative tasks.

Full training will be provided and we don’t expect candidates to have any prior industry knowledge.

We will work with you to develop your skills and provide honest and transparent feedback on where improvements can be made. We ensure communication between company management and staff is consistent and all members of our management team are approachable.

We conduct yearly appraisals which includes a wage review. We will initially also complete multiple catch-ups over your first few months ahead of your 6 month probation expiry to ensure you are fully aware of how you are performing.
