Today we held our first Service engineer meeting of 2020! Our team of Service engineers meet each quarter to discuss various items, such as technical changes, feedback from customers, changes the company are making moving forwards, as well as general feedback from both the office team & the engineering team.
Heading up the meeting is our Principal Engineer, Simon Ranson, and Operations Manager, Richard Miller. With a growing number of engineers it is more important than ever to ensure we have a direct line of communication to all engineers and the Service engineers meetings is a great way of doing this within our Service team.
We believe it’s really important to meet with our engineers regularly throughout the year and discuss how we can work together to make improvements across the business.
